Ethical Policy

Green Ginger Software's director and principal consultant, Christopher Lack, is a Christian and so the ethical policy of the company reflects biblical principles.

• All men and women should be treated with respect.
• This company will not serve clients whose business is gambling, tobacco, weapons, or any other trade which is detrimental to the people, animals and planet which are God's creation.
• An important role of companies is the creation of local employment. Off-shore outsourcing is unethical.
• Work is part of the Christian's worship and so the company will attempt to provide its services in a way which is honouring to God. This should include behaviour which is honest, fair, diligent, and supports others.
